Return/Exchange Policy

Sometimes we all buy things that just don't work out. We totally understand and we want to make returns and exchanges easy for you! Here's how it works.

Returns: We accept returns on all items you may be un-happy with that are unwashed/unworn/with tags still on (if applicable). Just PM or e-mail us and let us know you need to make a return. We will e-mail you a return label. Then we will process your refund or exchange once we get the item(s) back to us in like new condition. You MUST let us know that you need to make an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your item. We offer exchanges of items, refunds, and store credit. Depending on the situation at hand and depending on what it is that YOU, our amazing customer is asking for. We want YOU happy!

Please note: If you receive an item that you believe is DEFECTIVE, you MUST report the issue within 7 days of when the tracking shows the item was DELIVERED to you. You must e-mail us with the reason you think the item(s) is defective and a pic for proof. The item must not show ANY signs of wear and tear, repeated use or damage caused by you in order to qualify for a refund/exchange. 

TUMBLERS: DO NOT come with ANY warranty and fall under the policy above. (Please note)

FREEZE DRIED CANDY, WAX MELTS, CANDLES, FRESHIES, BODY CARE PRODUCTS: Sun=Heat and Heat makes things melt. Please take note when ordering during the hotter months that it is HIGHLY ADVISED you grab your packages from outside timely and keep them in a cool/dry place OUT of direct sunlight to prevent damage. We will NOT issue refunds based on melting issues. 

**AND ALSO TAKE NOTE-A few of the freeze dried candies are super fragile (nerds-caramels) and could break apart in shipping. We are not responsible for this- if it were to happen. These will be packed with love as we do ALL of our packages. But we all know how delivery services treat our packages.

Exceptions: We will NOT accept back nor issue any refunds for the items listed here: Beauty Products, custom items, any items washed, worn, used or in damaged condition. We also have an ALL SALES FINAL policy on ANY clearance item purchased.
